Standard 50-minute sessions are $180.

I am a private-pay provider and do not accept insurance. Upon request, I can provide a monthly superbill that clients may submit to their insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Reimbursement is determined solely by your insurance plan, and I cannot guarantee coverage.

I offer telehealth for clients physically located in California. For clients in the greater Sacramento area, I also offer in-person sessions at my office in East Sacramento.

Most clients begin with weekly sessions. Over time, session frequency may shift to bi-weekly as we collaboratively determine what best supports your needs and goals.
